JM Flow was founded on strong experience in systems building and architecture, with hands-on expertise designing and operating sophisticated operational infrastructure: lead routing, CRM automation, payment processing and multi-stage communications workflows.
This is not an agency that sells you software and leaves. We build the system, we maintain it, and we treat your operations as seriously as you do.
We use automation, integrations and AI where appropriate, but technology is only valuable when it improves how your firm actually operates. The system comes first. The technology serves it.

By engaging JM Flow for services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any engagement.
Services
JM Flow provides operational systems design, build and ongoing support services. The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing prior to commencement and confirmed in a service agreement.
Payment
Setup fees are invoiced prior to build commencement. Monthly retainer fees are invoiced on the first of each month. All fees are in GBP and subject to applicable taxes.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment of setup fees, the client receives a licence to use the operational system as delivered. JM Flow retains the right to use underlying frameworks and methodologies in other engagements.
Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing retainer services with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once build has commenced.
Limitation of liability
JM Flow's liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months prior to the claim arising.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
